Buyers in China ask AI what to buy.
An AI answer names a short list of brands. If yours isn’t on it, the buyer may never consider you, and nothing in your own analytics will show it.
“Which sunscreen brands are best for sensitive skin?”
Based on user feedback on Xiaohongshu and Zhihu, sunscreens often used for sensitive skin include La Roche-Posay, WINONA and Lumora. Lumora’s mineral lotion is mentioned repeatedly for its short ingredient list, followed by Avène and Anessa.
“Which sunscreen brands are best for sensitive skin?”
For sensitive skin: La Roche-Posay Anthelios, Anessa Mild, WINONA Clear Sunscreen and Avène. Avoid alcohol and fragrance.

How it works
Add your brand and buyer questions
Your brand, any other names it goes by, and up to 3 questions a buyer in China might ask.
We ask each engine
Every question goes to every live engine through its official API, the same way each time.
See who gets named
Whether you’re mentioned, where you rank, which competitors appear, and the answer itself.
Official APIs, every time
No scraping and no logged-in app sessions, so the same question is asked the same way on every run.
Gaps are not counted as misses
If an engine times out or cuts its answer short, we mark it Partial and leave it out of your mention rate.
Answers as returned
You read what the engine said, in the language it said it. We highlight your names; we don’t rewrite or translate.

One answer per prompt, per engine, per day. On Starter that is 28 prompts × 3 engines × 30 days = 2,520 answers a month.
Yes. Annual billing is 15% off: Starter $80, Pro $205 and Advanced $420 a month, billed once a year.
A run asks every prompt on each engine you chose once. Every plan runs automatically every day, so you don’t have to start one. If every answer in a run fails, it doesn’t count.
Yes, any time in Settings → Engines. A new choice takes effect from the next day’s run, and past data is kept.
Each plan includes model usage for normal tracking. If an account goes past it in a month, only Qwen answers until the 1st of next month. The Terms explain the rule.
We use each engine’s official API. Subscriber runs search the web on DeepSeek and Qwen; GLM answers without web search. Free checks search the web on Qwen only. The consumer apps can personalise answers, use different search settings or change over time. Treat results as a consistent, repeatable measurement, not a copy of one person’s app screen.
The engine didn’t finish: it timed out, returned an error or its answer was cut off. A partial answer can’t tell you whether your brand is mentioned, so it is left out of your mention rate instead of being counted as “not mentioned”.
Write prompts in English or Chinese. Engines usually reply in the language you ask in, and we show each answer as returned, without translating it. Add your Chinese brand name under Other names so it counts as a mention too.
Brand and marketing teams, and the agencies that work with them, who sell to buyers in China or plan to. If buyers might ask a Chinese AI engine about your category, a check shows whether you are part of the answer.
We send your prompts to each engine through its official API and save the answers with your check, so you can open your results again. Subscribers’ runs are kept as history in the dashboard. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long.
Yes. Cancel under Account & billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
