Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Beijing Zhicheng Zhuoyue Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in Beijing, China (“Sinocite”, “we”, “us”), for your use of sinocite.com and the Sinocite service. You can reach us at support@sinocite.com.

By running a check, creating an account or subscribing, you accept these terms. If you use Sinocite for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

Sinocite asks AI engines the prompts you give it and shows whether your brand, or one of its other names, appears in their answers. You need an account to save checks and to subscribe. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use Sinocite.

A free check needs no account and is limited to one per day. Free checks may be paused when the daily site-wide limit is reached. Results are a measurement of what the engines answered at that time. They are not advice.

Paid plans and add-on engines are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or once a year, at the prices shown when you subscribe. Where a free trial is offered, it is shown before you subscribe, and billing starts when it ends unless you cancel. Your subscription renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. Until it succeeds, paid features may stop working. Prices are shown on the pricing page; we will tell you before a price change applies to you.

Each paid plan includes a fair-use model budget for normal tracking. It is measured against what your account pays per month: your plan plus any add-on engines, with annual billing counted per month.

Once your account’s model usage in a calendar month (Beijing time) reaches 25% of that amount, your runs ask Qwen only for the rest of the month. At 30%, runs pause until the 1st of the next month. Your plan, history and settings are not affected, and runs resume on their own.

You can cancel at any time under Account & billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@sinocite.com and we will look into it.

You agree not to:

• break the law or anyone’s rights, or submit content you have no right to use;
• use prompts to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content;
• get around limits, share accounts to avoid paying, or overload or probe the service;
• scrape the service or resell it without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Answers come from third-party AI engines (DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, GLM, MiniMax and Doubao) through their official APIs. We do not control what they say. Answers can be wrong, change over time, or differ from the engines’ consumer apps. We show answers as returned and mark incomplete ones as Partial, but we do not guarantee that any answer is accurate or complete.

Sinocite is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the service or its results, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Beijing Zhicheng Zhuoyue Technology Co., Ltd. is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects subscribers, we will email you before it applies. If you keep using Sinocite after that, the new terms apply.
